- Where is the office located?
- Located in the Yujo Community Center at Yokota Air Base. Business hours are 10:00-18:00 on. weekdays, 10:00-15:00 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays and U.S. holidays.
- Can I pay in U.S. dollars?
- We charge in Japanese yen. You can choose to pay in cash (Japanese yen), by credit card, or via the online payment link. We accept U.S. credit cards, but we do not accept cash in U.S. dollars.
- Can I purchase the product even if I live overseas?
- Of course. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
- I want to cancel my reservation.
- Please contact us as soon as you decide to cancel. In principle, cancellations can only be processed during our business hours. Cancellation fees are listed on the invoice at the time of booking. If your cancellation is due to unavoidable reasons such as a flight cancellation, delay, or suspension, the fee may differ from the standard cancellation policy. Please contact us for details.

- What is the difference between a ticket for military and a general ticket?
- Military tickets often have more flexible change and refund policies compared to general/published tickets. Prices vary depending on the ticket, so please contact us for a quote once you have decided on your destination. You can also check our website for more details.
- What documents are required when purchasing a military airline ticket?
- Passport and Military ID are required.
- Can I request to purchase a Shinkansen (bullet train) ticket?
- Yes, we can arrange this for you for a fee of 1,100 JPY per ticket/section. Tickets can be. purchased up to one month before the departure date. During peak seasons such as cherry blossom season, summer vacation, and New Year’s holidays, tickets for certain destinations sell out quickly, so we recommend inquiring early.

- Can I request to purchase USJ tickets?
- Sure, there will be a handling fee of 500 JPY per ticket. If you want to guarantee admission to the Nintendo area, we recommend purchasing an Express Pass with a day pass. The fee for arranging an Express Pass is 2,500 JPY per family or 1,000 JPY per person.
- Can I request to purchase Disney Land tickets?
- We cannot purchase Disney tickets separately. However, we can arrange for you to stay at an official Disney hotel with a ticket purchase guarantee. In this case, you will need to purchase the tickets yourself after checking in at the hotel. There are no military discounts for Disneyland or Disney hotels in Japan.
- Can I request to purchase LEGO Land tickets?
- We do not offer tickets separately, but we can arrange a recommended package plan that includes an official hotel and tickets.

- Can I participate in the tour even if I’m alone?
- Yes, many people join the tour alone as it is an efficient way to visit famous sightseeing spots. A single room charge applies.
- I have a food allergy; can you accommodate it?
- If you provide us with details at the time of booking, we will do our best to accommodate you by arranging an alternative meal.
- What happens if the required number of participants for the tour is not met?
- The minimum number of participants required is listed in each brochure, and if this number is not met, the price may change or the tour may be canceled. In the case of cancellation, we will inform you at least one month prior to the departure date.
- Is insurance included in the price?
- Travel insurance is not included in the price. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, luggage loss, and airfare charges, including cancellations. For more details about travel insurance, please contact an insurance provider near you.
- Is there any free time in the itinerary?
- We set up a free day for most of the tours, and you can either explore on your own or join one of the optional tour from various choices.
